Why it exists
Information about properties, areas and agencies around Marbella is scattered across agency websites, forums and guides that stopped being updated years ago. Marbelladex pulls it into one place: a sourced directory of agencies, area guides and practical tools like the true cost of purchase calculator.
Independence
I am not an estate agent and never have been. My only previous involvement in property was a small conveyancing startup many years ago. No agency pays for its position here, and how the index works sets out the rules the data follows.
The name
Marbelladex is simply Marbella plus index. It has nothing to do with crypto or blockchain; the domain was available and it fit.
